So, I Can’t Eat Pizza Everyday AND Be Fit?


I love pizza. I have admittedly eaten pizza everyday for lunch for the past week. I also really want to be healthy and fit. I just cant seem to get over the concept that being healthy isn’t just about working out but also eating well too!

I just enjoy greasy foods, sweet foods, and basically every carb. I don’t mind vegetables, it just has to be mixed in with something so I can barely taste it, like, cheddar and broccoli soup. I suck at cutting myself off bad foods. Basically everyday ends up being a “cheat day” for me. Even if I do end up being healthy for a little while I have to treat myself with a slice of cake! It really isn’t easy.

I’m sure that eating healthier would also clear up my skin and give me more energy. I would probably also look better in clothes. I swear, my body shape is really weird and I don’t look good in most outfits. Basically, I’ve convinced myself that eating healthy will change my life and yet somehow that is still not enough motivation.

I need to just dive head first into those veggie dishes and not look back. Maybe I’ll cut down eating pizza to once or twice a week. The problem is that it is so easy to make and buy! I am just too lazy to cook up some healthy meals. To be honest, I am not currently working or at school so I have tons of free time on my hands.

Maybe I’ll go have some carrot sticks and dip now.
